ovie projects abound. Production capital doesn't. And distribution deals are even rarer. Raise your voice above the clutter. Submit your project to us and we just might list it with our growing number of investment inquiries.

Terms for participation are simple: your project must qualify under the American Jobs Creation Act. Click here to find out if your project qualifies.

We don't charge a fee for this service, but note that most projects submitted to us do not qualify, either because they do not meet the AJCA requirements, or because we do not approve of your story and/or script.

Please do not submit horror scripts or projects with what the general public would perceive as containing gratuitous sex or violence. Why? Because many of the investors involved in AJCA-qualified films may be using capital from their publicly-traded company. They have a reputation to maintain, and they won't participate in any film that they might perceive as problematic to their reputation. If your project can't meet this requirement, please do not ask us! You will have to find your project funding elsewhere.

If you contact us about submitting your project, please prepare:

A completed script in PDF format
A one-page story summary
A 6-12 page treatment of the script, and
A professionally-prepared budget (not a top sheet, a complete budget) with a maximum budget of $11,000,000 including contingencies and completion bond.

Put all four of these items into ONE PDF FILE. Set the file name so that it is the same as your script name and then attach it to our Feedback Form using the appropriate field on the form. If you need help in creating one PDF file from your documents, you might consider purchasing the Adobe Acrobat program, or use one of these online services: http://www.searchtools.com/info/pdf.html.

Prepare your script in Screenwriter or Final Draft; you will have to submit the script in one of these formats later. Scripts prepared in Screenwriter with production elements tagged are preferred, but not required. Treatments only (and without a prepared script and budget) may be submitted for review, but the project will not be formally accepted without a script and a professionally-prepared budget.

You will have to agree to terms of production and distribution by or through an affiliation with Fidelis Entertainment, LLC, to qualify. If you submit your project to us, there is no guarantee that your project will be funded. There is no charge to submit a project; our team takes a reasonable fee from the production budget if funding of the project is accepted.

How to Submit a Project

Submission is through the form from this link only. Please do not mail scripts, story outlines, or budgets to us. All projects are treated with full confidence. You must understand, however, that we may have received projects of a similar nature. By submitting your project to us, you agree to hold us and our producer affiliates harmless from any liability if a project similar to yours is produced through our referrals.
