Analysis of the AJCA -- Kessler Report

A New England Law School Looks at AJCA

Dennis J. Kokenos of the Southern New England School of Law in Shelton, Connecticut, has published this interesting white paper on the AJCA. His paper is entitled The Dual Purposes of the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004. His conclusions: the AJCA stimulates the U.S. economy as well as equalizing unfair international tax benefits.

The Private Placement Memorandums (the "PPM" or "PPMs") available from Fidelis Entertainment set forth the federal rules under which you may purchase Units in a Limited Liability Company which will produce the film(s) which qualify for write-offs under the American Jobs Creation Act of 2004.
